On September 8, 2023, the Faculty of Odonto-Stomatology of Hong Bang International University (HIU) had the honor of welcoming and working with the Department of Dentistry, Hiroshima University, Japan.

The meeting was attended by:

• Associate Professor Dr. Le Duc Lanh – Dean of the Faculty of Odonto-Stomatology (HIU)

• Doctor Nguyen Huu Duc, MD and Doctor Nguyen Ngoc Thuy, MD – Vice Deans of the Faculty of Odonto-Stomatology (HIU)

• Doctors and Masters who are lecturers at HIU

The meeting discussed the following issues with two professors from Hiroshima University:

• Professor Kotaro Tanimoto – Head of the Department of Dentistry

• Professor Koichi Kato – Head of International Cooperation, Department of Dentistry

The two sides discussed and exchanged ideas on the following issues:

• Improving student exchange programs

• Promoting students from the Department of Dentistry, Hiroshima University to study at HIU

• Exchanging training programs between the two sides

Promising to have more development cooperation programs for students of both universities.
